Declined Card Payments

Sometimes, card payments online can fail, for a number of reasons. If you're trying to checkout at Robotical with a payment card, and you see an error like this:

Then the transaction was declined by your bank or card provider. This information will also be stored in your Account's Order History as a Note on the failed order.

You can try and check out again, but note that some decline codes might indicate that you should to contact your bank first to authorise the transaction or to get more information. A contact telephone number is often on the back of your payment card.

If your order failed, we will not have taken any funds from your account.
